What events can be held at the hall?

The hall lends itself to a variety of events, including:

Parties: Weddings (see our special wedding rate), Christening, Birthday, Anniversary, Baby Showers and more
Group meetings: Arts & Crafts tours, Cycling, Rambling, Walking, Snooker evenings and Car/Motorcycling enthusiast clubs
Class's and events: Exhibitions, Dog Training, Floristry, Yoga, Zumba and other fitness classes plus more
Live entertainment: Plays, music recitals, Race Nights etc

Of course, you are welcome to bring in caterers and we can also provide a "morning coffee/afternoon tea"service, a bar (instead of using tables), clean up service and help you to arrange an alcohol licence (if selling drink). In addition, if you wish to hold classes in the hall we will do all we can to help you market and raise awareness of your services within the local community.

20% Village Resident Discount

All weekend hire, Wedding etc Friday 9am to Monday 9am £700 *

*Deposits are necessary to secure bookings - we will advise you further upon your enquiry. Full balance due 4 weeks prior to event/booking. Weddings and larger party bookings will require an additional deposit of £200 which will be fully refunded upon the hall being left in suitable condition after use and confirmation of no damage. All rubbish must be taken away with you. If Alcohol is to be sold then please refer to the T&C’s document in relation to a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). Please discuss with the Sapperton Village Hall booking administrator for further details. An additional cost may be incurred.

YOUR VENUE YOUR CHOICE

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is a problem throughout the village and around the Village Hall. The Village Hall Trustees would appreciate considerate parking and thought to all the residents when hiring the hall.

Unfortunately due to poor behaviour we reserve the right to refuse any 18th and or 21st birthday parties. Please contact the village hall booking coordinator for further information.
